D-Day

You start out in a landing craft heading for Omaha Beach. Here you can either jump over the side or ride in and then get out. (it makes no difference)Immediately head to the left, get into the hole behind the disabled Sherman DD. You want to get to the little section of wall at the far left or the foxhole just ahead. From here you can pick off the Germans on the wall, you can also heal inside the foxhole if you are wounded. Next you need to run to a hole on the right (the one with the medic in it). You will most likely be hit by the machine gun in the bunker so duck and let the medic heal you (Yes he can do that!). When you are healed, take out that MG.

Now you have two choices, you can either go up and over that wall or you can blow a hole through it (using satchel charges). I suggest that you blow a hole through it because if you go up you have to disarm mines while fighting off Germans. You can blow the wall at the left where the passage is blocked with barbed wire. You need two charges, one for the wire and one for the wall itself. Remember to move to a safe distance from the charges once you place them. (If you decide to go over the wall walk at a mine until you hear a click. Then press spacebar and hold it. With spacebar still down walk backwards to a safe distance from the mine and release space. Even if the mine blows up, it can't hurt you. Of course one couldn't do that in real life but you can trick the computer in the game.)

When you enter the hole there will be a kraut on the right at the top of the slope, move your gun up and frag him. There's one more jerry down the trench and an officer on the right. There may be one behind you if you did not take him out. There are three more krauts on the wall defenses and two in the trench. Don't stay on top of the wall for too long because your guys will shoot at you. Proceed down the tunnel, when you get to the sharp right turn in the tunnel, get behind the crate and take out the two jerries there. You enter a hole on the left and find an MP-40, you will hear an artillery shell incoming and it will blow a hole in the wall, you can get more ammo there. Go to the end of the tunnel and stop at the edge.

Come out as far as you can without exiting the tunnel. Krauts on the wall will begin to move, go ahead and blast them. There is a machine gun in the bunker on the left and an officer on the right. You can peer out carefully and frag the machine gunner, the turn and blast the officer. Once you get this far you hear a "Schnell, Schnell" and three krauts run out of the big bunker at the far left, frag them. There is another German in the bunker at the right and one behind it. Now walk out towards the large bunker, you will hear bombs, RUN BACK INTO THE TUNNEL. Now its safe to go in the bunker, there are two soldiers and an officer there, there is a tunnel behind the stacked crates, it leads to a kraut and a box of grenades.

Go back out of the bunker and run further down the defenses, you find a doorway to another tunnel, next to that there's a gunport with a kraut. Enter the tunnel and follow it to the end. There's another kraut and a box, walk up to the box and press space. You just completed D-DAY!!! (Music from The Longest Day plays and a general drives up the wall in a jeep..... NOT!!!)
